Jason Ricci and The Bad Kind is the latest chapter in the acclaimed harmonica players' musical epic - bringing the influence of New Orleans and artists like The Meters and Doctor John to his singular style. He was mentored by the masters of Southern Blues and is defined as an artist by his fearless approach to his music and his instrument (he first picked up the harmonica as a teenager in a punk band). He is known for critically acclaimed albums like Done With The Devil and Number 9 and has been called one of the best and most imitated blues harmonica players of the 21st Century. Jason Ricci was a featured performer on Johnny Winter's Grammy winning CD Step Back.
